Rumor is that SM will take him out by the end of the year. The Strategy team has zero respect and NC has poisoned many relationships. If not for woke concerns he would already be gone. Yet another disaster ELT fiasco.

If NC had an ounce of self awareness he would resign so SM doesn’t have to fire him. But narcissists have no self awareness. Seriously, who joins a company and brags about how many languages they know? When the stock was going up he even said “look what Steve and I have done” trying to take credit for others work. PF left after one meeting with this guy.

This may well be true and, if so, it explains why Teradata is going down the tubes. That is, retaining a value-destroying employee because he represents a particular demographic. On the other hand, KCC has had no problem laying-off thousands of employees who historically have added-value. When the company is on fire, what is more important: saving the company or preserving the company's image? Here's a hint, no company, no image.

KCC is trying to save NC since firing him will look bad for TDC wokeness. We are probably stuck with him for six more months unfortunately. Hard for SM to make this decision even though it’s clear NC is one of the worst ELT hires in the past five years.

Nobody can articulate the new strategy, the regions are running their own plays. Nobody listens to him/it/we/them/us
This kid is an obnoxious, narcissistic, know it all
His team cannot stand him and he has alienated himself/he/we/it from everyone
Fired from last job and by the amount of rumors and leaks it looks promising his/they/him days are numbered.
