How far are we from the rock bottom?
I think that TD is not far at all and that it is very important not to get our hopes up too much that anything will change, but to look for better opportunities.

Rock bottom will be when we can't afford to pay the 'buddy agencies' our execs used to work for.
TD will be circling the drain for years. With each lost customer, life at TD will become increasingly desperate and toxic. You haven't seen anything yet. When TD has a 1 star review on Glassdoor, then you'll know they've hit rock bottom.
But remember, all the horrible “leaders” and management will make out like bandits while the people who actually do the work will suffer. Get. Out. Now.
