Macy's doesn't care about the welfare of their employees yet they try painting themselves as the leader in retail which is laughable. If people aren't being recognized for their hard work then it is best to seek employment elsewhere. Sometimes the grass is greener on the other side.

With the current state of Macy’s you are better off flipping burgers at McDonald’s. At least Ronald admits that he is a clown and dresses appropriately.
Our leaders are clowns and they try to camouflage their appearance with non professional business attire. Think about it we work for a three ring circus.
