NC has been here more than a year now. He’s paid tens of millions to McKinsey buddies, and even hired a few at hefty salaries. Can anyone articulate any value we’ve seen from his “new strategy?” If so, please respond.

He has a strategy! Milk TD for all the money he can, do as little as possible, then take a golden parachute.
Haven’t seen jack $hit out of this fool. He’s milked TD for millions and produced NOTHING!
His introductory speech where he told everyone we needed to care about his sexuality as much as he did was the final straw that convinced me to find a new job. Now I earn 20% more without any of the nonsense. I guess you could say I've gotten lots of value from the guy.
I’ve seen no real change at all
Likely some nepotism involved, or similar trivial kickbacks.
At that level, it's like you or me sneaking some post-it notes home.
