Some states have laws regarding how private companies can act regarding vaccine mandates for both employees and customers. These laws offer various degrees of protection for either. Check your state and see if something is in place. If so, and if Intrado does business in your state, then they should honor whatever protection is in place. If they do not honor the state law provided protection,, then, even if you personally are removed from their rolls, it would be good practice for every affected person to take whatever action is provided for in that state. Most states seem to have provided a way to take action without hiring a lawyer.
- If enough people do this, then it would affect Intrado's bottom line and they may change their stance. After all, they are all about the money. Never have been an employee friendly company.
- Hopefully Intrado will honor the laws in those states, but they do seem gung-ho about being ready to do this.
- If you are not in one of those states, consider moving. :) . If enough people vacate a state, that state may reconsider their action/inaction.
Well if I was still there I would leave if they do fire unvaxxed people, and I hope others still there would as well. It lacks morality at best.

U.S employees have received instructions this week, you must be vaccinated even for work from home.
All employees will need to confirm Yes or No by the end of next week. Managers will have to validate those who say YES they have been vaccinated by the following week.
I got the email. Coming out to all employees. You will have to identfy if you are vaccinated or not and it will be recorded. If you claim you are then you have to show proof and your manager has to validate.
This seems like a lot of p-t-stirring to me. How many people will say they actually received this email?

I see no email, at all. What nation, division, etc is making this report?
Call HR and tell them you no longer need Health Insurance from the company.
You'll do it on your own.
Same with the group life insurance.
Then it will be OK.
This is being done because the company is afraid of the government mandate not because the company decided in the best interest for the health of all. If that were the case we would have had this policy in place for years.
This has little to do with any disease and more to do with the imposing of power over people. It is a shame, but the job market like it is right now at least makes it a favorable time to shop around.
Employers can institute their own vaccine policies separate from the Executive Order. It's not illegal, and employer mandates have already been upheld in court. Start brainstorming your sincere religious beliefs or start job hunting.
