When should I expect my severance deposit to hit my account? I'm pretty sure 15 days has past. I returned all my equipment the next day. (Im ready to put Citrix in the past after I get my money. I'm not okay with a delay or inefficiency in the layoff process). I will give them to the end of next week before reaching out on meeting their end of the contract. Just horrible experience from onboarding, working culture, to layoff. Can you do anything right to what you agreed? Smh!!!

Spoke to HR yesterday and they confirmed severance payments will be received tomorrow 12/15.
Has anyone gotten their severance payment yet? Not me.
I know it’s difficult to have been laid off. I wasn’t, but I wish I was. I would have lived that nice chunk of change. Unfortunately I’m still here and I’ll have to leave on my own terms. And I will have to leave soon because this company is doomed. I see a private buyout sometime soon. And then the severance won’t be as generous. This place is slowly dying. The customers are weening off and desperation is setting in.
I just reread the separation agreement and it does say you should receive it within 15 days of signing the release (and they receive your equipment) not 15 days after Dec 1. I pinged my HR rep since it’s been more than 15 days and they said to email payroll for the status. Askpayroll@citrix.com. I’d be curious to know if anyone else has been paid yet.
I believe they have 15 days from our last day of employment which was Dec. 1st (at least in FL) if I'm remembering correctly. I know it's in the agreement we signed.
