You can file all kinds of complaints. OSHA and federal employment violations without ever giving a name. Send info to media outlets about their so called best places to work surveys that were not true and let then know the real stories.
You can be off the record sources and it can never be revealed
Even if you signed you can turn them in for investigations of violations
I am looking for a few whistleblowers who are currently with or formerly with these cheating companies. If this is trolling, then I'm guilty. Whistleblowers are afraid of retribution from management. Apache senior leadership does not seem to have the trust of people using this website. royaltyunderpayments@gmail.com is a start. It's 100% legit, not affiliated at all with Apache. For me, Thistleblower is a name I made up (it rhymes with Whistleblower). I have 35 years of experience in the oil and gas business, never worked for Apache, Oxy, Devon, Chesapeake, Vanguard...the worst of the worst. Whistleblowers can make a lot of money when we prevail. If the Gmail account is too scary, get in touch with me any way you can.
You are operating with a gmail account? Doesn't sound suspicious at all! Hahaha Hahaha!
Looks like a setup to me. Probably APA legal dept.
What a Troll
Looking at the public documents and doing comparisons is exactly what our auto-robot is doing. I'm talking about millions of data points across all "bad actor" operators and a huge number of wells over time. People like "Snitches Get Stitches" know what's going on making casual threats. $$ Billions stolen over the last 10 years. To be successful we are looking for insiders to help confirm these tactics. Any help is appreciated.
Email me at royaltyunderpayments@gmail.com. Totally 100% anonymous. Whistleblowers under the FCA are entitled to a % of recoveries.
“Also, many lease terms allow the use of gas for field operations, royalty free.”
Yes, but….
Said leases usually require that the gas be used on the leased premises or lands pooled therewith.
The problem is that many operators (APA included) often use lease gas for operations on other lands and non-pooled leases, and then fail to pay any royalties for it.
And when you couple that with the fact that APA’s royalty check stubs are practically indecipherable, well….
But if someone really wants to go down the rabbit ho-e, they should start looking at what’s been publicly filed and put the pieces together. It likely won’t all match up.
Snitches get Stitches- we'll see about that. Our machine learning software is piling through the public data. I think we know from first-hand experience that we will get a major lawsuit filed. Not small west Texas landowners, we are thinking much bigger. It's not personal...but I am looking for an insider who maybe has gotten and is getting laid off.

That’s grasping.. weak attempt to get business and some fool sued to heil and back
meter calibration is confirmed by the purchasing party of APA oil and gas, tough to fudge those numbers. Also, many lease terms allow the use of gas for field operations, royalty free.
Go post a billboard in west texas if you’re looking for this type junk information, you’ll likely be just as unsuccessful as you are here.
royaltyunderpayments@gmail.com.
- flow meters miscalibrated
- pumping oil into a disposal well before producing to the tanks
- fudging temperature conversations
- charging fees for services never performed
- Reporting a price that is too low
- selling to an affiliate who charges unallowed fees
- ripping people off on NGLs
If you have information and what to get some payback, email me at royaltyunderpayments@gail.com
who do i need to contact here "thistleblower"...
Interesting post "Thistleblower"...I think just about anyone in the field could tell you their flow meters don't give the landowner all the profits. Nothing like skimming a few mcf of the top to power our well site facilities.
