Just can't lay off and use contractors. They tried that already
As far as I know, old contract stays in force until new one is signed. Of course they can pull a Charter, just lock everyone out.

My contract end 2023. Stock is low 15s. Hoping we get bought by then and won't need a contract. Glad you feel comfortable at will. Your knees must be ki----g you.
