While everyone expects big cuts, it seems that small cuts are constantly happening here that are not talked about and that do not reach the media?

You mean like the entire EMEA support org for SED getting clipped after the holidays? Not news worthy enough for Sky or the beeb but it all adds up. This is not a growth company. The EMT manages for profit, their ginormous grants and to continue the financial engineering.
umm...that's because letting go of 20 people is not news...nobody in media cares.
the idea is to surgically cut... no reporting to govt officials, keeps things quiet, etc.
