Just looked at there are 582 open positions as of this posting. The number of job openings has remained over 500 for the past several months. I was working with an employment agency and we were talking about Tampa Bay opportunities. When RJ came up in the conversations all I heard was how hard it is to deal with RJ HR and how many hoops they have to jump thru just to get in the front door. Many agencies no longer even bother with RJ since there are so many other companies looking for help these days.

It is so interesting to watch that as fast as HR hires someone, someone else leaves. On the RJ career site you can select to see postings in the past 7, 14, 21, 28 days and when doing that you can see on average there are 10 new jobs a day yet the number of active postings is nearing 600. Wonder if Paul will be celebrating when RJ hits 600 open positions. I know I will be.
Although Paul deserves much of the blame there is blame to go around from Bella, Vin, Andy and even Tom James who said he supported this action. We won't forget.
Well said....I wonder how long until somebody compares the 550 laid off using Zoom at RJ with the 900 laid off using zoom at Better.com just recently....
I was one of the 550 let go. I was able to get a great job out of Tampa within a month of the layoff. The jobs are out there. Nobody wants to work for a company that can get rid of 550 people many with 15-25 years experience and still buy companies, record record profits. Paul deserves scorn from everyone but it doesn't put bread on the table.
