Thread regarding Raymond James Financial Inc. layoffs

Paul's end of year "Thank you for all you do email"

Well Paul came out with his annual email to all current RJ employees. In it he states:
• Record net revenues of $9.76 billion
• Net income of $1.4 billion
• Our 135th consecutive quarter of profitability
• Return on equity of 21.3%
What's not in it is any mention of the pain and grief he caused to 550 families. If RJ is doing so well why hasn't he reached out to every laid off employee. I'm sure Paul will enjoy his 6 million dollar bonus. Thank you Paul for all that you do.

I was in IT until the big layoff. If any potential job applicants are reading these postings hopefully they will understand hot tough it is at RJ. I feel for all the "worker bees" still there but have no sympathy. There are so many open positions everywhere that anyone with knowledge/education should have no problem finding a job. Paul destroyed any loyalty left when he did that dastardly deed. How can he justify what he did and seeing how RJ has acquired companies, had continuous quarters of record revenue and not try to bring back those let go. Shame on you Paul.

we see the pleadings on LinkedIn from several IT managers. HR can't find anyone that wants to work in IT at RJ. Sad to see what was once a great company now starting to grovel.

Paul has no conscience. He doesn't care about the 550 he let go. He doesn't care that his HR department can't hire people fast enough. He doesn't care that people are quitting as fast as people are being hired only those leaving are taking intellectual knowledge with them. Sooner or later something will happen to show the true colors of Paul.
