I just can’t help but think that multi stores are going to become more the norm than the exception and that training reps to do most of what we do spells doom for the SM position.

God getting rid of multi store would be a godsend. Who ever came up with that should be fired, wait what's that? They promoted her? What the h3ll.
Multi stores are actually being looked at to be reduced, the model has been one that the business has decided cannot be maintained. You will see a round of postings for GM positions beginning February to fill the positions.
Stores should be closed. Only old boomees use them.

I think the Vax situation will take care of that for a litte while at least. Gonna lose about 10 to 15% of staff soon.
One can only hope. Verizon paying me to leave has been my dream since we went to one team.
