It took me exactly a month to get the offer I was waiting for. A colleague who has been complaining every day for more than a year that he's having a difficult time here and that this is a terrible company, I think he will stay here for a long time until he is eventually replaced by a contractor. I would understand if this was a person who is not marketable and cannot find a new job. Is there anyone who can't find a new job and actually wants to get out of here?

Skills will get me somewhere when they have to. Will continue to ride it out.
