It's no longer just the annual cuts (which in themselves are too many) but now we keep having these small surgical cuts all the time. They lay off people in small groups so that barely anybody notices it keeps happening. I used to be able to relax after the major round, now I'm constantly stressing and worrying. I have no idea what they're trying to achieve, but I'm sure they won't be able to do it once they cut most of the best employees.
