Only those who worked during the golden years and those at the top do not regret working at Sears. Unfortunately, all I have left is poor health to remind me that I have worked there.

Working at Sears was ok and easy for me, but the pay really sucked. They only paid $7.25 an hour (2008-2014). I didn't work there long, but say many employees being wisked away due to stealing. I guess when you can't pay the power bills or what not, time to lift some sh-t to pawn from sears....
Working in retail is a rough way to make a living. Management abuse, customer abuse

Working for Sears gave you poor health? Were you working in the toxic chemical department?
I often see the regret I'm associates eyes after I bring them back to the office and present the evidence we have gathered in our internal theft case against them. But I remind them that this is their low point and it will get better from here.
I regret that I read this drivel post.
The trolls are all coming out this Week. Don't feed them.
