Worst management in corporate America. The most disorganized, unfulfilling working environment. 26 years of dedication to this company and I was let go via email and text!!! Simply disgusting!
This is, sadly, our new reality. They couldn't care less about employees anymore. We are not respected. We are used and then tossed away like we don't matter. A horrible place to work.
Shareholder pricing plummets and corporate has to eliminate jobs to level set profitability. Siemens is in the business of making money not focused on employee temperament Or retention.
Hard to leave a company when your a single working mom with 3 kids to feed and no college degree! Siemens takes advantage of their employees. Bait them in with a generous compensation plan then overload them with massive responsibilities so they don't have to hire additional support. It's corporates slave labor!
Terrible culture and overall work environment. Managerial mess. Branch offices are littered with unqualified and unprofessional managers. Worst delivery of customer service.
