70 people are on a layoff list that came out today. Effective date is February 1st. This is for the dfw area.

It’s “leadership” has grown stale, blinded by their personal bias. 525 is a perfect example of it - program management staff full of “good old boys” (aka, pets of the higher ups). This runs rampant, dozens of positions within Business Development and Program Management who make lots of money for essentially a figurehead position…all started with the CEO. Downward spiral…
Rumors of 20+ year senior guys possibly getting laid off. Thats huge. So many moving mouths but no muscle to show.
Chewing the fat degrades work ethics and responsibilities will go undone.
Thats what happens when the president grounds the birds.
Why tho? Their stock market is good, are the employees bad that they laid off or whats the reasoning?
