I am curious at what level employees get stock bonuses. I am a senior Landman and I know I don’t get stock bonuses. Is it only manager level or so individual contributors get stock at a certain level?

According to HR you have to be salary exempt to qualify. Even then it is manager discretion.
Same story for Sr ITS Developer with APC with average rankings. HR never gave me a straight answer about what qualified you for it.
Got them the day I walked into Anadarko in 2001 as a Sr Staff Geo... Received them every year till I took the COC in 2019. That plus yearly raises and cash bonuses made it easy to move on.
It just mean you are not part of the “core” and they don’t want to retain you but they don’t want to fire you yet. It is not only landmans. I know some engs don’t get it either
@2ivg, every company does it differently. I came from Chevron and not all of us got it. It varied by level and by performance. Even people in the same level didn’t all get it.
It depends on your rating and level.
I didn't realize there's a threshold about level until seeing this post. At APC, I got LTI on my first year as a lowest level G&G&Eng. And I got more and more every year until joining Oxy. I thought everyone got it ...

Percentage appears to be less at OXY compared with APC.
When they think you deserve the stock they will tell you. Otherwise get back to work.
If you’re a Sr. Negotiator you are absolutely at the level able to receive LTI. Many Staff Level receive LTI as well, and perhaps lower levels but I do not know that personally. If you are a landman normally on floor 2 I’m not certain. When I first received LTI (about two years into employment at Oxy) I asked my HR rep what % of ppl at my level received it…and they did give me a %. Been awhile since then but the number wasn’t low. More than 1/2 if I remember correctly. Hope that helps.
Ask your supervisor or your HR rep. If you were supposed to get the stock bonus and did not then it could be related to your rating. I hope you find the answer.
