I am currently weighing the pros and cons of whether to leave. I haven't been happy here for a long time, but I'm not happy with the offer I got from another company either. I am afraid of a new beginning after spending a long time here. I wonder what was the main reason you decided to leave?

Main reasons to stay:
9/80 schedule
Good work life balance for some teams
Main reasons to leave:
Incompetent coworkers (the good ones have already left)
Lazy coworkers (not a motivating environment at GA)
Military culture (can get annoying)
Red tape (SO MUCH BUREAUCRACY and getting worst)
If you’re not happy with a current offer, you might as well stay and keep applying elsewhere. Eventually you’ll find something.
