here’s some updates . just the nature of these lawsuits should give you an idea of the ethics level of the company-basically non existent.
To respect privacy, no names of plaintiffs will be disclosed .
- wb vs the teamsters . guess who lost ?? who but !! Pretty stupid to attempt to fire those who mention “ union”
- there are at least 6 current suits in several states regarding commissions fraud etc.
- A gender harassment suit was heard in new england - masons backyard . yup, appears they lost this decision as well.
- a multi state class action lawsuit has been filed for knowingly distributing fake 3m masks , and for price gouging during a pandemic .
very sure a google search can produce a lot more !
