Make sure to fill out the survey and speak your mind about the issues that have been raised on this group over the last year. You can be tactful while still voicing your grievances. Supposedly it's anonymous, but in case it isn't, remain civil and there should be little room for recourse.
Hopefully it becomes some sort of wakeup call for someone in corporate. It's worth a shot anyway.

There is enough "aggregate" information to figure out who is who on the survey, age, race, location, etc.. Not even giving them the benefit of the doubt that they are even attempting an level of anonymity.
The survey is just window dressing, they don't care and why should they after having record breaking years in some areas. This company has shifted to focusing only on increasing shareholder value and everything else be dammed, they made plenty of money to keep the shareholders happy, no reason to waste any money on employees.
This post has to be management or a suck a-s. If you really think they care about the survey you need help. Also saying to watch what we say because they might know who said it is weak. They already know who is pi---d off and who will roll over for them anytime they want. I’ll say what I say and take my paycheck for as little effort as possible until they walk me out.
Lol, you think anyone in this arrogant management team will look at, much less take action on these surveys? This is more about making people feel like they have a say.
last time we did one of these, my vp openly mocked the results and spent weeks trying to figure out who in our group wrote certain comments.
