How are there openings being posted on LinkedIn for Citrix? Like who wants to join this company? It is a mess.

Citrix pays above average in florida at least
Don't forget the H1Bs and many junior with 2-3 years exp, that can easily get a SR position. People need work and sponsorship. Plus Citrix pays above average. Not sure what will happen after the acquisition. Like stock and bonus cuts.
At the end of the day, the us budget is so tight that they want to replace expenses labor with lower skill, low paid staff.
Some people are so desperate that they’d jump at the chance to work here. Tech-wise there’s good skills to learn, most peers are solid but mgmt is no worse than the worse places where the grass is “greener”
Sometimes an animal is so big it takes a while for the brain’s message to start running reaches its feet.
This is nothing new or unusual for large companies. Worker bees keep doing their job until management tells them otherwise.
