We have cloud specialist, who have been helping us close business for years, have been moved to product. How does that make sense? How will I get any help? How will they be able to do that job? Why does the US get to keep one and EMEA has none? Must be trying to fail.

Specialists are only needed when your general workforce is incapable. Instead of using bandaids like cloud specialists, here is an idea to focus on getting salesforce and engineers who can sell or develop products or services that are cost-competitive and work.
The salesforce has been in shambles for years, and they need to clean house. The same faces win participation trophies year after year for losing money!
As for the products, we have to rely on JP, KR, and SN (is she new here?). Yeah, I am not sure how that is going to work.
The SGAS world is on fire, and if you can't see that, you deserve to burn with it. I am glad this is my last week here!
I have worked with all of the cloud specialist and idk if they are constantly good chuckles. LG seems to do all the work while EM and DW just push hot air. SV is not the likeable guy, but that's not why people work with him. He is knowledgeable and gets sh-t done.
Why the he-l do we have three in EMEA and one in NA? How the he-l does that work?
@5jiu+1eYc2DcJ if we look at the win loss ratios of the cloud specialist vs. you unsupported deals I bet there's not a difference in close rates? I don't know about SV in NA, but they are the soul of the sales force in EMEA. Maybe if the general sales force could sell deals without them we wouldn't need them.

Cloud specialists have brought nothing to the table for the past 3 yrs. <5% revenue and this includes ECS migrations, so really <2% revenue from the Cloud specialists. Poor considering the growth globally in this marketplace!
