Now in Singapore, the leaders from the same ethnic group once again 'celebrate' being number 1 on LinkedIn. What a hypocrisy as they've just laid off a number of people there. Leaders need to be taught how to be more sensitive to market dynamics yo.
Leaders in Unilever just maintain their own circle. Years back,, the VP and COBP even allowed a director of their own ethnic tribe to make se-ual advances to his team, without criminal prosecution. Getting rid of this person worked to his advantage also to maintain two people of their own race not to get laid off as it was one of the several org change
It’s now happening in our region. They recruited so many new people last year only to give packages to long timers in the business. No sense of loyalty. Profits over people. Devalue over values. May your shares continue to head south.
Got my package and am actually happy with it. It’s the great resignation anyway. It’s just that you have more money once you leave the company. Thank you, Unilever. Thanks Kraft Heinz. And more importantly. Thank you GSK!
Got my package also. From this sh---y reorganisation coming from the failed gsk bid. Horrrible move. How th do they even choose who do they give packages to?
They are again laying off people strategically. Leaders retain their roles and subordinates of their own ethnicity, while the minority suffers. Well what’s new? Haven’t we heard of this before?
It was long due and actually needs to be much more.
