Great to see! I'm just curious, as to how these authors of such articles, manage to get in touch with anonymous figures such as "List Man Jack", or whoever, from this website. But anyway, I'm happy for him, that he got his 15 Minutes of fame. Good for him.

Sears may have survived if there hadn't been so many videos posted about their poorly running elevators.
