Only those who haven't found a new job yet have remained here. A lot of my coworkers are gone, and those who aren’t, intend to leave as soon as they find an option. This company is becoming a very miserable place to work. I only wonder when the attrition will slow down, that is, will this company do anything to slow it down?

They won't do anything. Get rid of higher wage employees and bring in a bunch of people for less money who don't work worth anything.
