There needs to be a law against private equity firms taking over companies. They are not out to make things better, they only want to make themselves richer. It's pure greed!! I don't know how they can live with themselves or sleep at night. Those people do NOT have a conscience and it's sad. They do nothing but destroy people's careers and uproot lives. Kohls is huge in Wisconsin. If SP buys them I can only imagine what that will do to the unemployment in that state. I say everyone write to congress and petition against the move.

Kohl’s should only consider the proposition if they want to be liquidated. Future revenue growth under SP’s control isn’t within their wheelhouse!
