Use your last pay stub as noted below. You can try calling and I hope you didn't say you would accept online only access.
Taxes mean tax refund. Earned income credit is ok because you worked and made little money. But you worked.

This happened to me but my store was closed. I got bounced around for hours between the company that was hired to give out tax forms and another number that was "my employer" who had a very small ability to speak the English language. The Indian guy would tell me I was all set. I had proved that I was who I said I was. So I called the other number and was told no I had to get back in touch with "my employer" the Indian guy to have things put right. This went on all day until I told w2 lady I was tired and I was simply going to report all this nonsense to the IRS because it shouldn't be this hard to get a tax form! Then she became concerned it wasn't going to look good for her company to get reported to the IRS again. So I hung up with her and called the IRS and when they seen that I worked for Sears and the pathetic amount of money I made they sent me a transcript for free. Long story short if they give you any hassle just call the IRS.
“I want my taxes.”
Interpretation:
I want my W2 so that I may file my tax return and get my “refund” which is actually an earned income credit of $7,000.. about 50 times more than I actually paid in taxes.
As a Kmart employee, can you provide any proof that the money you were paid was actually deserving?
The deadline for sending W-2 forms is January 31
