Any thoughts on SPS results and insights?

People survey is a waste of time and company resources. No one ever filled it out where I worked and one year management made everyone sign a form that they had completed it, and were shocked when the results came in and even though everyone signed, no one actually filled it out. The reason for that was when people from Houston came to discuss the concerns in the past, they laughed at some of the employees and that ki---d it.
I hear the results were really good. Lots of confidence in the direction of the company and in Shell's leadership to make the right decisions ....
Complete waste just the GPA's and Development Plans
Waste of time. Managers get rated by how many participate. So if you have a good manager, do it and give honest feedback.
If you have a sh---y manager. Don't even fill it out, not even negative feedback.
SPS is a complete waste of time, nothing ever changes.
