Accountability does not exist as all those sr. Exec with the last one retiring recently basically plead for 5th by claiming "i see nothing. I hear nothing, I only heard it from the news". It is an embarrassment but hey they have thick skin and tons of $ to send them off. Integrity is not in their vocabulary. CYA is though
