I just love watching the RJ career site. There have been over 500 open positions for months and months. Today I saw it go over 600. Way to go RJ. I also love the way you can look at the number of job openings for the past 7, 14, 21 and 28 days. It shows that RJ is consistently adding 10 jobs a day. Isn't it wonderful RJ HR knowing you have such great job security. Turnover is phenomenal and no better way to know that to watch their job site. The brain drain is starting to hit home for IT. We can see the pleadings on sites such as LinkedIn from various RJ IT managers. Wonder if Vin or Bella is pushing this. Keep up the great work HR.

There is nothing we can do except watch and enjoy the mess that Paul created with the help of Bella and Vin. I still talk to a couple of people in IT, one of which is a mid-level manager. I was told that the caliber of those coming in is horrible. HR whispers that they have to take them due to there not being many applying for the various jobs. My manager friend is looking to leave and their manager knows it and is doing nothing. Some day this will catch up with Paul.
