No direction from mgmt other than some hypothetical future that they had no information about. Engineering teams with no work and no direction other than self train. Leadership and management is the failure in this company not employees.
The upcoming Earnings Call is being hosted by Melisandre, the Red Witch. Her guess on what is to come is as good as anyones at this point.
Oh, forgot to mention we are all invited to the Walder Frey's house after the call. My invite says The Red Wedding but it doesn't say who is getting married....

Last year earnings call was on Jan 19. Usually Citrix announces when they will announce. No such thing this year. The silence tells it all. It is coming soon. Too bad they ran the Field Kick Off. If you are a channel partner, must have felt like an F*** off.
Sell the flippin thing already! Everyone knows it’s happening. Citrix products go to Vista/Tibco and the SaaS products (SF, Wrike, RightSig) go to Elliott to be sold off in pieces. It’s the worst kept secret in the history of worst kept secrets. Do it, and get off the pot.
No news is usually bad news when it comes to lack of communication around strategy.
I agree with the other posters, Winter is Coming. I feel the chill in the air and thought I saw a White Walker out of the corner of my eye the other day in the break room.
It looks like the company can be reorganized where a new LCM team emerges from the ashes as the centerpiece to the kingdom while Elliot and Vista sit side-by-side on the Iron Throne.

There are signs to indicate the sale is imminent. I’ve never been at a place where the strategy and outlook has never been withheld for as long as they've done here.
That tells me there is no strategy or plan. These execs should do this in their sleep - but they haven’t.
If they had something to share, even the “known parts of the strategy” then they would have.

You are not wrong. There has been no communication from any ELT member for 6 weeks or more. I guess we'll find things out at the February GEM.
