Its the Enbridge office in Toronto. They're closing offices in other locations and moving things to there.
What is VPC? An outsource company?
Offices are closing. Work is being moved to VPC. Looks like the plan is to centralize things. Not good.
be prepared to be outsourced and contracted out
But do you get worried when there is too much chatter on the subject?
