I regret terribly that I lost a lot of time in this company. This has become a place only for those who have no other option.
The worst thing for me is that I came here from a company where the situation was much better than here. I couldn’t have imagined that this company was so miserable.
I think a lot of people made a mistake of coming here for that very reason, because they couldn’t comprehend that it was so bad here.

Came to Citrix thinking I could get good cloud experience (which I did) plus this technology should be a bo-m during the covid era (it wasnt).
Now if we are being sold out, bc mgmt couldn’t make the tough decisions to right this company, there is no loyalty here anymore.
This all falls on mgmt. they got us here. I’m on my way out
50% pay raise from previous company
So many people were new to Citrix when the bo-b fell with layoffs. Yeah, how do managers sleep at night knowing they sold Citrix to new employees?
I don’t know how managers sleep knowing they sold Citrix as a great company compared to what the real truth is. The culture is awful, management is awful and Citrix can’t succeed in a pandemic.
