I came to WD to expand my knowledge, gain experience, grow a skillset. Now it just seems to me that I lost time here and what is worse, that the skills I came here with have atrophied. I've come to a conclusion that this is not a good place for growing your skillset, would you agree?

Wd has education assist program. $5000 per year if you take classes. So if you like to get skills, why not get another degree as a paid hobby. It kept me busy and was useful for my work. In my case MBA, but I learned that I more enjoy to be an engineer
Lost 3 years of my life there. Didn't get promoted, didn't get more skills, didn't get rich. Just a waste of time
