This has turned into a horrible, toxic workplace that everybody normal is looking to get out of. Giving me severance to leave would be a dream come true.

Useless VP's who kissed asss and didn't have 1 ounce of management skill. What they did to the good people on the workforce is a tragedy. Instead looked out for their buddies and fellow countrymen. Karma.
leaving Syna was the best thing that happened to my career. Toxic workplace, toxic, lying managers, no new customers & outdated technology. Its only a matter of time before the place closes
The few good places left in the company are being eaten alive by the deception elsewhere.
As someone who was affected in this round of layoffs, I disagree that the post was insensitive. Life goes on. Synamedia helped me out of my complacency. I have to find a new job but the poor saps left at the company have to deal with a toxic work environment and incompetent management.
That's an insensitive thing to say right now.
