Last year the notification of payout came on March 9th. Payout on March 15th
March 1st
What date do they usually pay the bonus?
Correct?
No. The quote was about company %. Let's say, in your example, your VCIP is 10% and the weight is 50% company performance / 50% individual.
Then the bonus is, if you achieve 100% and the company achieves 33%:
= (100000 * 10%) * (50% weight * 33% corporate performance) + (100000 * 10%) * (50% weight * 100% individual rating)
= 10000 * .5 * .33 + 10000 * .5 * 1.0
= 1650 + 5000
= $6650.
Quote: “I think company percent is only like 33%”
So if joe employee gets 100% rating then he will get .33 * (bonus % - say 10%) * his salary?
Example: .33 * .10 * $100,000 = $3,300
Correct?
I think company percent is only like 33%
As a laid off employee I’m getting 91% of my full 100%
