I left shortly after the CVS acquisition so I have no idea how things have been since then. I visit this page often for my new company and I figured I'd check some of my old workplaces as well. Out of the three, Omnicare has the least active board, so I take that as a sign that things are good? I hope so for the sake of my old coworkers.
