We're used to January being a time of layoffs and restructures across the company, but maybe the shoe is on the other foot this year. How is your team being affected by people leaving in droves, whether for themselves or for better opportunities elsewhere?

Down 6 people and they don't seem to want to replace them. We've got one starting, and another out the door in a few months for retirement. Assuming they're just going to pile more work on those that have chosen to stay.
Inside sales have always been like that it's probably the only place to work these days in sales at Cengage. I mean heck CM has been there for what? 30 years or so? She has to be the longest-tenured Cengage employee out there.
