Working here for me was a test how much stress I could tolerate. I don't know if I found it harder to bear the fact that we were understaffed and overwhelmed or the fact that everyone's position was so unstable and that it was possible to get cut any day. The uncertainty is really the worst, people wonder when there will be cuts, rumors go around, the anxiety levels are high, but... why wait and agonize? Why not start looking now?
