I am disappointed with the decisions made by our leadership and the direction this company is heading. I no longer consider them true leaders because I do not see that they are overly interested in the future of NOV and the employees of this company. I may be too pessimistic, but there is little here that looks good. Like many, I want to leave too. I wonder what would real leaders do, those who actually care to fix things?

Real leaders would sack all the old farts that don't know how to be happy and never stop complaining bringing the collective moral to its knees and hire some fresh kids to take NOV into the opportunistic future.
Hale the NOV management you know you can do it!
Bye-bye, nobody cares.
Amen, brother
This leadership team does not care about it's current employees, only what they can do to keep their job. The employees who have stuck it out, not getting layed-off or early retirement (cr---y offer) are getting stuck doing more work, no raises and new hires getting better/same benefits that it took years of staying to get, not fair to existing employees. No promotions unless you are upper management, then creating new positions and them getting promotions and raises.
Real leaders would take care of employees that got them here, take a good hard look at upper management at how fat it is. Don't trim workers, trim upper management.
This poor leadership has been obvious for more years than I can recall. They forced out many good people who actually cared about the business unlike the current leaders who are only interested in their ICP and stock options
If you want to leave, just leave. This isn’t an airport. No need to announce your departure.
