I know the workplace is commonly not supposed to be fun but TD is taking this to the opposite extreme. I swear working here is making me depressed. People are acting like they're serving a sentence in prison, and with all the bullying, yelling, and backstabbing, sometimes it feels like we are. It's sad to see so many people, myself included, hate such a major part of their lives so much.

I enjoy working with most of my coworkers but there is one who makes me cry after every interaction. People have quit because of them but nothing will ever be done since they are the member of 4 protected classes.
I agree. Corporate america stinks. Every company you work for you will give your life for. Sure you may get paid well, free food, travel etc. But you become their slave. It happens in every single company so shouldnt be a surprise in TDC. If you want to make a difference you should start your own company and create your own culture. Otherwise you are just part of the growing noise of disgruntled employees in this great land who think the grass is greener somewhere else
This is symptomatic of a company that has no clue about growing revenue so it has gained proficiency in pointing fingers. Get out now!
Nice deflect with snowflake. I think you forgot to mention that Dnowflake pays a decent salary and makes you feel like a valued team member unlike the toxic bs that gets spewed by Teradata management. I don’t regret leaving and wish I had gone sooner.

Yeah I know. I left and went to snowflake and you get the same power hungry, ego popping bullying culture there as well. Seems corporate America now requires this as a standard in every organisation
