I notice that most of my colleagues are not performing at a level equal to their potential and skills anymore. I am one foot out the door as well.
Morale has never been worse, people are leaving, and given the overall situation in this company, the leadership can only be happy that not everyone has left.
If I was to ask what negatively affects morale here, I believe the answer would be - everything?
You all need to join the "great resignation" and quit these fools! Go elsewhere and get a raise. This company is giant pile of steaming ex------t. I feel really bad for the ones who are stuck with zero tranferable skills. Those ones need to train up and bail!
The moral is low because workers know management hates them. Yes, HATE is the right word. Now what kind of person hates someone just because they work in the same office? Its sick and demented/
Morale low? Because people are getting hired off the street onto the call center team for 24$ an hour. Much more than the first and I believe the second level of associates in client relations. Fffff that.
Hello! Morale has been low for decades! The people performing at the lowest level is management! The grunts have to do their jobs or get noticed. Its the same dismal place its been since 1981.
