I want to congratulate Paul Reilly on the outstanding job while leaving behind 550. Not only that but he has created a fostering work environment to the point where there are now nearly 600 job openings on the RJ website. People are leaving as fast as RJ is hiring. Maybe those joining should do a bit of research first to see how well run this company is and why people are fleeing. Sooner or later this will catch up to Paul.

The evil empire will eventually fall but make no mistake Paul will get wealthy in the meantime. His job is not to make the company successful but to enrich the shareholders and himself by manipulating the balance sheet with layoffs and low pay.
Get out while you can and get the word out that this company is toxic.
