Stop complaining and start taking steps. I work for cvs too and i feel the same. Either we leave or stay. Stop thinking that there is no way out. You could invest in stocks, start a online business, start a youtube channel, sell items on amazon or ebay or wallmart. Write and publish a book, learn to play and write music. Soo many things to do and learn to make money and be your own boss. We have to try. Not trying is saying you gave up and you like how this company treats you.

you had me at play and write music, however, not sure I can make the same salary no matter how appealing the alternative seems.
Kind of sad though that the company would rather spend $10B in stock buybacks than do anything to make working conditions better for the people that make those stock buybacks possible. They would be screwed if we unionized.
