Is there a way to know if these layoffs are specific to one location or if we'll be learning about more cuts over the next few days?

Citrix will always have cuts. Read the article below and it states that Citrix is pretty much selling nothing. A company can’t stay in business this way. Find another job! Lots of companies doing very well in a pandemic. Citrix is not one of them.
