In Downstream Technical considering a Downstream Commerical opportunity. Are the JG salaries the same between downstream? If not, what is JG5 and JG4 100% PIR for Downstream Commercial?

It’s probably close. I did new grad commercial program in Canada, but was advanced to a 4 instead of 5 after the 3 years. 100% PIR for a 4 is in 140s but US make more money
@9dgd - DS Commercial USA. Was told will be JG5 when exiting grad program in 3 years. Grads do not have JGs and cannot see PIRs. The JG5 DS Tech USA salaries on this site look great. Hope DS Commercial is similar but want to set realistic expectations.
Are you in DS Commercial program in Canada or US?
Just started in DS Commercial and interested in our JG5 100% PIR. As new grad will not have a JG for 3 years and cannot see any PIR in the system. The DS Technical JG5 100% PIR on this site looks amazing ($120k) but cannot find anything on DS Commercial.
