It’s the 4th manager in a span of 18 months and each comes with their own bible. Given that my job hasn’t changed, it feels like TD became just a bit too “agile”… haha

I recently left Teradata. In my nearly 36 months there I had AT LEAST 7 DIFFERENT MANAGERS.
Of course, in that same period, I think the CEO position changed AT LEAST 3 times, so...
My experience with TD is that they're not the employer they used to be. Their salaries are NOT competitive, I left Teradata for another company for an immediate 20k bump to my salary. I know that one of my past managers left to go work for Microsoft and received at least that much more in her salary.
Considering their efforts at elimination of skilled rank-and-file positions, there's a lot of you that won't be employed in the next 12 to 18 months anyway, so, good luck.
