I think the hometown owners might have been swindled in the purchase of the stores from the get go. Lots of store owners let out of their contracts. Very sad to see these little guys wiped out financially
This article is almost a month old. Since then a team of loss prevention agents were deployed to the store, recovered the customer good being held hostage, and returned them to their rightful owners. Why post an outdated article in an effort to harm the company?
It's this kind of sc-m behavior which is why Kinga Inc. and subsidiaries don't want to be seen on the same continent as ESL.
Sounds like the Hometown owners have a great case for a class action suit against TransformCo. Let’s hope they can get some justice
