They used a point and ranking system to determine 'talent' which includes several factors usually rated 1 to 5. This is at least how they used to do it, they factor in things like background, communication, leadership ability, and even D&I status. Your manager rates you on productivity and potential whatever the fu-k that means since it's totally subjective. Also talk about getting points for being 'oppressed' which is funny cause the hypocrites in charge are mostly white men.
Let's see them give up their near 400,000 salaries and 50% bonuses and give up their job in the name of 'equity'. They won't. Instead they will push the agenda on YOU while they continue to game the system, collect their fat paychecks, and go home to their miserable wives.
